Soursop (Guanabana)

Soursop also known as Guanabana or Graviola (Annona Muricata) is native to South America, the Caribbean and South East Asia. This prickly green fruit has a creamy white texture on the inside and a flavor that is often compared to a mixture of pineapple, banana and strawberry.

Soursop is a superfood. It is commonly known for its anti-cancer properties. It is high in antioxidants and immune boosting properties. Soursop is also commonly used for its ability to reduce inflammation and fight bacteria, while regulating and improving gastrointestinal health.
